All payments for tuition and fees are through FACTS, the financial management system utilized by GCA. Payments are drawn from the personal bank account or credit card provided by families when setting up their FACTS account.
Enrollment fees are collected 10 business days after charges are applied in FACTS. Charges will not be applied for any classes until the enrollment process in RenWeb is complete.
Tuition/Fee payments are processed on the day of the month chosen by the account holder at the time of FACTS account set up.
Once payments have been set up, FACTS automatically sends a reminder email of the scheduled payment date and amount. Reminder emails are sent a few days before the payment is due.
